Erica and I were sent out on the task of completing all the outdoor work. Since I'm a pro at doing outside, we finished in only about 50 minutes so we decided to spent quite a bit of time feeding (playing with) the Badgers.
Damn these guys grow fast, only about a month and they are already outside in the mammal enclosure. Now, this is very similar to when Mr Badger was here... but now it's 2 times more fun and 2 times harder to get pictures because the love to stick their noses against my lens.
Anyways, before you see these pictures, no, none of their chewing or anything hurt at all. To be quite honest, the fawn chewing on my face later on that night hurt more than the badgers claws and teeth lol.
Brother and Sister Badger are two of the patients we have here at the Alberta Institute for Wildlife Conservation where we take in injured and orphaned wildlife and help them get back into the wild.
