It was so awesome, while taking pictures of these amazing creatures, two of the zoo keepers came over and asked if I wanted to help feed and get a closer view of them. <3

Yeah, it is certainly one of my fondest memories. I love Red Panda so much, being so close to them was amazing <3. I'm actually going to the Zoo on thursday, I haven't gone for at least 6 months, being so busy and all. It'll be great to get back into the swing of things, getting my 300-400+ pictures of Red Pandas and going through them all, I'm excited =)

Awesome!
The closest Red Panda to me, is either in Washington or Idaho. I think the Seattle zoo is a little closer than Idaho Falls.
If I ever become a millionaire, I'll so build a red panda exhibit at the Oregon Zoo.

Yup! We've got a couple of local organizations with the local endangered animals, and the efforts have gone really well. Especially the California Condor Recovery program.
